You are able to get to Gosford by train or drive straight up the freeway for about 50 mins and you out of the hustle and bustle of Sydney. It is close to the beach.

Gosford is on the central coast of NSW approximately a 50 minute drive from Sydney. It is a good place to go to get out of Sydney. It is close to the beach about 10 minutes with fishing, snorkelling etc.

Shopping malls and clustered suburbs. I can\'t say Gosford grabbed me. But it was convenient for a pleasant lunch before heading into the Central Coast bays. It is convenient for the start of an exploration of this area.

A really nice coastal town which doesn\'t take long to get to from Sydney. Lots of nice cafes and eateries. Lots of shopping too. A very touristy place lots to see and do in Gosford and neighbouring suburbs.

Like most places, do a little or a lot. Take a look at the Australian Reptile Park, fascinating information about spider and snake venom.

Big town on the Brisbane water only 1.5 hours from Sydney. Go out towards the coast and discover wonderful Bouddi National Park. Home of the Central Coast Mariners Football team.

Gosford is the commercial heart of the Central Coast whether it\'s Terrigal, Erina or Patonga all roads from Sydney go through Gosford. The massive Central Coast Leagues dominates the town.
